Overview

You will find a variety of well-assorted Lego-bricks within our BrickOwl-shop. All parts and sets are new or used.

We offer a broad range of original LEGO. At good prices and with excellent service.
Our range includes all current LEGO sets available in Europe, quite a few "old sealed and used" sets that are out of production, lots of LEGO gear, education, polybags plus a series of collector's items. 
We also deliver several special LEGO, DUPLO, EDUCATION, POWER FUNCTIONS items.

 

Handling Fees

* Minimum shopping 0 EUR;

* Payments only in EUR or USD or CZK. 

* Our favorite paying method is Card Pyment by Stripe (Handling fee of 1,5% will be charged and added to order total) or PayPal payment (Handling fee of 3% will be charged and added to order total);

* Please pay only on our official PayPal account: brickideassro@gmail.com;

* Please pay your items within 3 days after you receive the invoice! Thank you;

* New parts could have some storage marks and Some new boxes of sets could have BIG LEGO's distributers declaration sticker on it, sometimes on the side of the box, sometimes at the rear side. Boxes could have some scratches too.

* Used parts, Minifigures, and sets could have some scratches, original stickers, dust or dirt! Old and used bricks can be yellowed or discolored! 

* We normally process orders after payment. This can cause in very rare cases that there is a minor deviation of our stock. This does not happen generally but we just want to inform upfront that this could happen. If such a case concerns you, we will inform you and issue a coupon.

* Large orders exceeding 40 lots might take additional time if there is a high workload;

No additional fees for lots;

* You might add parts to your order for one week; please note, nevertheless, that we need to receive payments within one week. Otherwise, we will cancel the order, if the payment is not received timely;

General Terms and Condition

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of the company Samuel Gerát - Crazy Bricks (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") shall apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and the Seller relating to all goods and/or services presented at the internet-platform under www.brickOwl.com (hereinafter referred to as "BrickOwl"). The inclusion of the Client's own conditions is herewith objected to unless other terms have been stipulated.

A consumer pursuant to these Terms and Conditions is any natural person concluding a legal transaction for a purpose attributed neither to a mainly commercial nor a self-employed occupational activity. A trader pursuant to these Terms and Conditions is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity acting in the performance of a commercial or self-employed occupational activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

By listing an item for sale at BrickOwl, the Seller makes a binding offer for a contract on this item. The contract becomes effective when the Client passes through the ordering process and concludes it by the final button of the ordering process.

To submit the declaration of contract at BrickOwl, the Client technically has to pass through the following steps: Firstly, the Client has to fill its cart. The Client can do this by using appropriate services automatically. Alternatively and/or additionally the Client can select the quantity for each item and press the button "Add Items to Cart" at the listing of items for sale - or the button "Add to Cart" in the item detail view. In turn, the Client passes through each further step implemented at BrickOwl. Hereby the Client has to log in to its existing member account or it has to sign up for a new member account, in case it has no member account yet. Finally, the Client presses the final button of the ordering process, which can be named differently depending on the selected payment method.

Prior to submitting a binding order via the Seller's online order form, the Client may recognize input errors by reading attentively the information displayed on the screen. The enlargement function of the browser to enlarge the display on the screen may be an effective method for better-recognizing input errors. The Client can correct all the data entered via the usual keyboard and mouse function during the electronic ordering process until he clicks the button finalizing the ordering process.

Order processing and contacting takes place via e-mail and automated order processing. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address he provides for the order processing is accurate so that e-mails sent by the Seller can be received at this address. Particularly, it is the Client`s responsibility, if SPAM filters are used, to ensure that all e-mails sent by the Seller or by third parties commissioned by the Seller with the order processing can be delivered.

3. Right to Cancel

Consumers are entitled to the right to cancel.

Detailed information about the right to cancel is provided in the Seller's instruction on cancellation.

The right to cancel does not apply to Clients which do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

4. Prices and Payment Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the Seller's product description, prices indicated are total prices including the statutory sales tax. Delivery costs, where appropriate, will be indicated separately in the respective product description.

In case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the Seller is not responsible and which have to be borne by the Client. This includes, for example, transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). Such additional costs regarding money transfer may also be incurred, if the Client carries out the payment from a country outside the European Union, even if delivery is not made in a country outside the European Union.

Payment can be made using one of the methods mentioned in the Seller's product description.

When payments are made using a payment method offered by PayPal, handling of payments takes place via the payment service provider PayPal ((Europe) S.a. r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter called "PayPal") subject to the PayPal terms of use which can be viewed at: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full?locale.x=en. In case the Client has no PayPal account, the conditions applicable for payments without PayPal account will be effective. They can be viewed at:

5. Shipment and Delivery Conditions

Goods are generally delivered on the dispatch route and to the delivery address indicated by the Client unless agreed otherwise. During the processing of the transaction, the delivery address indicated in the Seller's order processing is decisive.

Should the assigned transport company return the goods to the Seller, because delivery to the Client was not possible, the Client bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. We will charge shipping cost again, please understand us, is not our fault. If you will decide to cancel the whole order we will make a refund without shipping cost, manipulation costs and we will charge manipulation for packing/preparing order and repacking/preparing order.

Personal collection is possible with cash payment.

6. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

If the Seller provides advance deliveries, he retains the title of ownership to the delivered goods, until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.

7. Warranty

Should the object of purchase be deficient, statutory provisions shall apply.

The Client is asked to notify any obvious transport damages to the forwarding agent and to inform the Seller accordingly. Should the Client fail to comply therewith, this shall not affect his statutory or contractual claims for defects.

8. Applicable Law

The law of the Slovenija shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties under the exclusion of the laws governing the international purchase of movable goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country, in which the consumer has his habitual residence.

Furthermore, the choice of law is not applicable with regard to the legal right to cancel for consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides on its website the following link to the ODR platform:

This platform shall be a point of entry for out-of-court resolutions of disputes arising from online sales and service contracts concluded between consumers and traders.

The seller is neither prepared nor obliged to attend a dispute settlement procedure before an alternative dispute resolution entity.

1. Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Contact Details of the Controller

In the following, we inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.

The controller in charge of data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Samuel Gerát - Crazy Bricks, Anenská 4, 81107 Bratislava, Slovakia, E-Mail: geratovci8788@gmail.com. The controller in charge of the processing of personal data is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

2. Contacting

In the context of contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for establishing contact and for the associated technical administration. 

3. Processing of Data for the Purpose of Order Handling

The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing if this is necessary for payment handling. If payment service providers are used, we explicitly inform you of this below.

When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "payment by installments" via PayPal, we transmit your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). The transfer takes place in accordance with  GDPR and only insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out credit checks for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or, if offered, "purchase on account" or "payment by installments" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your solvency pursuant to GDPR. PayPal uses the result of the credit assessment in relation to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report can contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on recognized scientific, mathematical-statistical methods. The calculation of the score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. 5. Duration of Storage of Personal Data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After the expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in the further storage.

 

OLD BATTERIES

Instruction for disposing of old batteries

The following instructions are for those who use batteries or products with incorporated batteries and who do not wish to sell them on in their delivered form (end-user):

Free return of old batteries

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Old batteries may contain harmful substances and heavy metals that can harm the environment or health. Batteries can be recycled. They contain important substances such as iron, zinc, manganese, and nickel. Users are legally obliged to return old batteries so that they can be disposed of correctly. They can hand over old batteries to a local authority disposal site or at some shops. We as a distributor of batteries are obliged to take them back. So you can send back old batteries of the above kind can to us or hand them back to us free of charge at the following address:

Meaning of the battery symbols

Batteries have a crossed-out bin on them. This symbol means that these batteries may not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries that contain more than 0.0005 percent mercury, more than 0.002 cadmium or more than 0.004 percent lead, under the bin symbol there will also be the chemical name of the harmful substance used - "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury.
